I’m a holistic medicine practitioner with a belief in the holistic approach to health. I work in partnership with my clients to allow for the alignment of body, mind and spirit, to encourage healing and promote well-being.
Priscilla was initially trained in the allopathic model of healing, but after experiencing medicine from the patient perspective, had growing interest in the benefits of alternative therapies. Since starting journey she has had the pleasure of seeing yoga, diet, massage.. and using plants medicinally, improve and help to alleviate symptoms gently and effectively in countless clients. She also places a high priority in encouraging and supporting clients in self-care practices to attain and maintain health and wellness. <3
She is a holistic Family Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Yoga instructor who recommends holistic therapies for healing including nutritional changes, massage, yoga, essential oils etc. in her practice, but also refers to and works in adjunct with other health care practitioners for care.
My Holistic Services
Holistic medicine offers a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition, one of the oldest is therapeutic massage.
Modalities offered include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai Yoga Massage.
**Swedish Massage is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. Swedish techniques include long gliding strokes, circular pressure applied by the hands & palms, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, bending and stretching. Beyond relaxation, swedish increases the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle tension, improving circulation & flexibility.
** Therapeutic Deep Tissue: One of the more popular massage modalities that involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It's used for chronic aches and pain.It is our belief that deep tissue massage do not have to hurt to be effective.
**Thai Yoga massage:
This massage style is performed on a mat on the floor, and the client wears loose comfortable clothing. The therapist guides the client through a series of yoga postures and gentle stretching while palming and thumbing along the body's "sen" or energy lines and pressure points. This relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and balances the body by unblocking and dispersing energy.
** Chair massage: This is a style of seated massage that focuses on the muscle groups in the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. This type of massage is performed over clothes and doesn't require any massage oil. You are seated in a unique massage chair which is ergonomically designed to offer full support, with your face resting in a cradle, and supports for your arms, torso and legs. A combination of Swedish and/or Deep Tissue massage techniques are used to relieve muscle tension.
Yoga is a set of physical and mental practices that originated in India more than three thousand years ago. Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness.
Modalities that I offer- group or one-on-one:
**Gentle Yoga- uses slow, easy movement, and an emphasis on breathing & stretching.
**Power Yoga- a vigorous practice in a heated room building strength and flexibility; this empowering and energetic flowing practice.
**Chair Yoga-a gentle form of yoga that is practiced seated or standing using a chair for support. Ideal for those seeking the physical & mental benefits of yoga who have limited mobility or balance as a result of aging, injury or other medical issues. Expect to experience the many benefits of practice, including stress reduction, increased flexibility and strength.
With this type of holistic health care visit, you are empowered to make lasting health behavior changes that are the cornerstones of lifelong health and well-being. Health coaching can bridge the gap and offer more in-depth support that is not possible in traditional health care visit due to time and other constraints.
In many instances this life style/health coaching can be billed as a typical health visit. Labs and other tests may be ordered and will be reviewed.

As a licensed professional with over 10 years of experience, I value the relationships I with build with clients. Being a part of our clients’ support for not only health promotion, but when pain and injury occurs or for their ongoing self-care, is something I pride myself in and strive to ensure the highest quality of service to clients of Eugene and the surrounding areas.
Yoga & Health Coaching: Intake forms will be sent prior or completed at the first visit
Massage Therapy: If it’s your first time with us I encourage you to come in a few minutes before your session in order to complete our brief intake form. The intake form will collect your contact info, medical history, and reason for treatment or concerns. All sessions are scheduled to start on time.
I encourage that you please let me know if you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after your session.
What will my first session be like?
I accept several insurances: Pacific Source, Providence, Kaiser Permanente, Regence BCBS, Cigna, Moda and more ( call to verify & for pre-authorization). This is for health/ life style visits and massage therapy. I can see clients with coverage after motor vehicle accidents with a prescription for massage therapy, call to verify.
If you do not have insurance coverage, I keep reasonable flat fees and suggest packages to ensure that you are able to reach your desired outcome! Insurance is billed directly. Co-pays and other payments are accepted are preferred in cash or check, Google pay, Facebook pay & Venmo.
Do you take walk-ins? What about weekend availability?
Unfortunately, I do not take walk-ins, but limited same-day appointments are possible, feel free to call/text. Self scheduling is available for weekdays.
