Pacific Northwest Wellness:
Your Path to Wellness
Heal your body, naturally.

I’m a holistic medicine practitioner with a belief in the holistic approach to health. I work in partnership with my clients to allow for the alignment of body, mind and spirit, to encourage healing and promote well-being.
With initial training in the allopathic model of healing, after experiencing medicine from the patient perspective, we prioritize alternative therapies. We have had the pleasure of seeing yoga, diet, massage.. and using plants medicinally, improve and help to alleviate symptoms gently and effectively in countless clients.
We recognize the importance of encouraging and supporting clients in self-care practices to attain and maintain health and wellness. <3
As a holistic health practitioner, licensed massage therapist, and certified yoga instructor, holistic therapies for healing including nutritional changes, massage, yoga, essential oils are recommended, but also can refer to and work in adjunct with other health care practitioners for care.
